label
Confirmation from Ireland’s Food Standards Agency that a beef burger
sold by a major supermarket contained 29 per cent horsemeat means that retailers
and processors throughout the UK must put more effort into making sure that
the products they sell exactly match everything that is written on the label.

Blue x steer. Wadebridge Primestock Show Champion ' Ifs 'n Butts' a July
2011 British Blue x Heifer. Truro Primestock Reserve Champion 'Cool Dude.'
- once again. ‘Rustic Lady’ Blue X Heifer also won two cups a
the Helston Primestock Show Championship.
All these three British Blue x homebred animal went on to be sold to local
butchers Robert Trevarthen and Chris Dale for £4.OO p/kg, £3.70p/kg & £3.60
p/kg; all three animals graded E3.
